After nine seasons as Head Coach of the U18 AAA Raiders, Jack Redlick has decided to move on from the program to pursue his professional development as an elite hockey coach.
Since 2016, Jack has been the driving force behind our U18 AAA program, dedicating countless hours to the success of both the team and its players. Over his nine-year tenure, he has coached nearly 180 players, led the team to victory at the prestigious Mac’s Championship, and guided them to three provincial finals. This season his team finished first in the North for the third consecutive year.
Over the past nine years, Jack has consistently embraced challenges with a growth mindset. His dedication to the continuous improvement and development of his players has been instrumental in shaping young athletes - not only as they advance in hockey but also as they navigate real-world challenges. He has worked diligently to foster a culture of excellence both on and off the ice, always prioritizing community and character. Above all, Jack’s leadership and unwavering commitment have set a standard within the St. Albert Raiders that will be upheld for years to come.
Looking ahead, Jack will be joining the coaching staff for the U16 WHL Cup (Team Alberta) later this season and will continue to stay connected with the Raiders program - once a Raider, always a Raider.
We thank Jack for his contributions and wish him the very best in his next chapter of his coaching career.
