Celebrating Excellence in Team Culture

Two years ago, we began working with HPC Sports to better understand the player experience within our program and to gain meaningful insight into team culture, leadership, and development.

What started as a commitment to listening to our players has evolved into a powerful tool that helps support coaches, teams, and the overall environment our players are part of every day.

This season, we’re proud to share that our teams have been recognized with the HPC Sports High-Performance Culture Award.

This award is presented to organizations whose teams achieve a High-Performance Index (HPI) score of 80% or higher—and we’re thrilled to report that every team in our program exceeded this benchmark with ease.

These results speak volumes.

High HPI scores reflect strong leadership, trust, communication, accountability, and most importantly, a positive and supportive environment for players to grow both on and off the ice.

Watching these scores come in has been incredibly rewarding, especially knowing the time and care our coaches put into building healthy, player-first cultures.

We have been fortunate to work closely with each coaching staff, and it’s clear how deeply they care about their players and the experience they are creating. The culture within these teams is something to be proud of.
