RAIDERS BREAKAWAY SCHOLARSHIP
The St. Albert Raiders program administers two scholarship awards for current and former players pursuing post-secondary opportunities.
The successful applicant of this scholarship is able to demonstrate a strong sense of personal awareness and dedication to stewardship on and off the ice. This scholarship is designed to support players committed to achieving their academic goals and willing to put in the effort required for success.
This scholarship would not be possible without the fundraising efforts of the John Reid Tournament Committee. Proceeds raised from the tournament are used to fund the Breakaway Scholarship.
Please review the following criteria and complete the application in full by the deadline.
Eligibility Criteria
Scholarship is open to all current and former Raiders players who are currently in their graduating year of high school, or up to 20 years of age.
Players who are currently registered, or played, their final year of eligibility within the U18 Raiders Hockey Program.
Player must be in good standing with the league, association and team.
Confirmed attendance in a recognized post-secondary institution.
