Body Checking Basics: Skills Clinic

The Body Checking Basics Skills Clinic is focused on providing instruction and performing drills geared toward contact hockey.

The clinic will emphasize proficiency in tight spaces, particularly in the corners and small zones. Coaches will instruct players on the correct body positioning, puck separation and the situational awareness required in U15.
