U18 AA (F) Sharks Head Coach

The St. Albert Raiders is thrilled to welcome back Jason Germain as the Head Coach of the U18 AA Sharks. Jason became an integral part of our program last year and female program.

Coach 1 Coach 2 Development 1 Checking Skills Safety Respect in Sport Activity Leader Coaching History - St. Albert Minor Hockey Assocation Assistant Coach - 16 teams between 2013 - 2022 Head Coach - 3 teams, including the 2022-2023 U18 AA Sharks

Jason has an incredible ability to connect with their players and build a strong team dynamic. He has a keen ability to communicate effectively with players while creating a positive and supportive team culture that encourages players to work hard and strive for excellence. He consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sportsmanship and instills these values in the players on his team.

Professionally Jason is a Station Captain with the City of Edmonton Fire Department. He is also a former St. Albert Minor Hockey player and played for the St. Albert Raiders as a young adult.
