RAIDERS HOCKEY COMMITTEE

Are you passionate about hockey and interested in contributing to the Raiders hockey community?

The St. Albert Raiders program is looking for volunteer committee members to help us build a strong foundation for young athletes in our community.

As a committee member, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of dedicated individuals who share your love for hockey and your desire to make a positive impact on elite hockey in St. Albert. Your role will be to provide guidance and leadership to our program, helping us to create a safe and positive environment for our players to learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly meetings to plan and organize the program.

• Support the program administrators during the player selection and team formation process.

• Help develop and implement policies and procedures for the program.

• Support the fundraising efforts of the program.

• Help organize events and tournaments.

Requirements:

Passion for hockey and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Prior experience in managing or administration of elite (AAA, AA) hockey programs will be an asset.

*The Terms of Reference for this Committee state that a maximum number of members can have an immediate family member registered as a participant of the program. Preference will be given to applicants who do not have a player in the St. Albert Raiders program.
